While yoga is at the heart of our retreats, we believe in offering a well-rounded fitness experience to help you feel your best.When we're able to, many of our retreats include additional fitness classes beyond the 2x daily yoga classes. The type of class will vary depending on the venue but popular classes are barre, HIIT, mat pilates, and even cycling!

We thoughtfully choose our retreat venues with your holistic well-being in mind. While no two retreat locations are the same, we prioritize finding spaces that also cater to diverse fitness interests. Many of our venues offer on-site gym facilities to round out your fitness routine.
