Helping You Build a Wellness Ritual
Preparing for your yoga retreat is part of the adventure! RU retreats are curated with planned classes and activities, but also offer the flexibility to make your schedule and vacation your own. Retreats offer 2-3 group yoga and fitness classes daily, sound healing and meditation, where you’re able to choose to participate in as much or as little as you’d like! Most locations have mats and props provided. We encourage you to focus on packing comfortable clothing, essentials needed for multiple daily (optional) yoga and fitness classes, and any other clothing or essentials you may want for excursions or time out on the town. Each retreat page details what is included and activities available to you to help guide you when packing. Don’t forget to review your destination’s weather and culture to ensure you're prepared.
