Each day includes opportunities for movement, restoration, adventure, and connection. Practice yoga and Pilates overlooking the jungle, unwind with meditation and sound healing, enjoy nourishing meals, explore the beaches of Nosara, relax by the pool or spa, or simply spend an afternoon doing absolutely nothing. For guests interested in deeper conversations, optional leadership sessions hosted by Bespoke Social Profit Solutions will explore topics including purpose, vitality, philanthropy, leadership, wellbeing, and creating meaningful impact. Participation is entirely optional, allowing every guest to create the retreat experience that’s right for them. Beyond the wellness offerings, you’ll have opportunities to surf, spin, fitness, hike, zipline, visit wildlife sanctuaries, take cooking classes, explore Nosara’s vibrant community, or simply soak in one of the world’s most beloved wellness destinations. Founder of Ritual Union Retreats and Hola Yoga, Melissa Joy Schoeller has led more than 100 yoga, wellness, fitness, and adventure retreats around the world. Her retreats are known for blending movement, meaningful connection, exploration, and unforgettable experiences in beautiful destinations worldwide.
Melissa’s approach is rooted in community, personal growth, and creating spaces where people can slow down, recharge, reconnect with themselves, and build lasting friendships. Whether leading yoga, Pilates, fitness classes, sound healing, hiking adventures, or retreat experiences, her goal is simple: help people come home to themselves while experiencing the beauty of the world.

Founder of Bespoke Social Profit Solutions, Jolene is a strategist and social impact leader who believes that movement is medicine. Stacey Trimarke
Stacey is a personal trainer and former gym owner. She’s most passionate about sharing movement as a form of self love and healing. With her Masters in Sports Psychology, she emphasizes finding ways to move and navigate change that honor where your mind and body are in your wellness journey. Exercise is medicine, the mind is powerful, and Stacey meets her clients where they are and inspires them to find what works, bringing light, life, and joy.
