Throughout the week, optional discussions, workshops, and conversations will explore topics including leadership, vitality, prosperity, philanthropy, purpose, and the evolving role of women in society. These thoughtfully curated experiences are designed to spark insight, inspire new perspectives, and encourage authentic connection. Participation in all leadership programming is completely optional. Whether you attend every conversation, join a few sessions, or simply enjoy the wellness offerings, movement classes, beach time, excursions, and community, this retreat is yours to experience in whatever way feels most supportive. There is no expectation to participate in any leadership discussions, and many guests may choose to come simply for rest, renewal, adventure, and connection. Designed for flow and choice, each day offers opportunities to do as much or as little as you like. Founder of Ritual Union Retreats and Hola Yoga, Melissa Joy Schoeller has led more than 100 yoga, wellness, fitness, and adventure retreats around the world. Her retreats are known for blending movement, meaningful connection, exploration, and unforgettable experiences in beautiful destinations worldwide.
Melissa’s approach is rooted in community, personal growth, and creating spaces where people can slow down, recharge, reconnect with themselves, and build lasting friendships. Whether leading yoga, Pilates, fitness classes, sound healing, hiking adventures, or retreat experiences, her goal is simple: help people come home to themselves while experiencing the beauty of the world.

Founder of Bespoke Social Profit Solutions, Jolene is a strategist and social impact leader who believes that movement is medicine. Stacey Trimarke
Stacey is a personal trainer and former gym owner. She’s most passionate about sharing movement as a form of self love and healing. With her Masters in Sports Psychology, she emphasizes finding ways to move and navigate change that honor where your mind and body are in your wellness journey. Exercise is medicine, the mind is powerful, and Stacey meets her clients where they are and inspires them to find what works, bringing light, life, and joy.

Reserve Your Spot
Space is limited! Secure your spot with a 15% deposit and pay the remainder of the retreat in full by 60 days before when the retreat begins, or sign up for a monthly payment plan which requires a $500 deposit to secure your spot.
